A sloping site backs on to a 4 storey retaining wall, between a bombed out two storey listed Georgian terrace and a 8 storey 1970s carpark, provided an Architectural challenge. The resolution continues the terrace in a contemporary style, gently growing in scale to encompass flats and duplex apartments with roof terraces and south facing solar collectors in a sedum roof, culminating in an 8 storey residential tower. The scheme was taken to outline design but enterprised and constructed by others.
